Residential High-Rise At One Bennett Tower Park

Chicago’s captivating skyline will be graced by One Bennett Park, featuring 69 upscale condos and 279 apartments when it is completed by 2019.
Rising over 69 stories over the city, this luxurious residential tower Park is the latest chapter in Chicago’s architectural history, capturing the soul of ChiTown and bringing it into the 21st century. Its designer is word-renowned architect Robert A.M. Stern, the first in his field to use the term “postmodernism”, but most recently adding “modern traditionalist” to his vernacular.
This elegant residence is situated in Chicago’s Streeterville neighborhood, boasting a range of dining and nightlife venues, outdoor recreation at Ohio Street Beach, arts appreciation at the Museum of Contemporary Art, and of course the main attraction: Navy Pier.
In addition to the tower, One Bennett Park will also include an inspiring new 1.7 acre park designed by Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates, the landscape architect best-known for Brooklyn Bridge Park in New York City and Maggie Daley Park and The 606 in Chicago.
The park, named Bennett Park, will be a distinctive new open space that welcomes and accommodates the daily activity of urban life. The new landscape will provide experiential range through topography, plants, and a variety of uses. Rolling topography will make a lawn bowl for casual use and gatherings; children’s active play will be accommodated in a play bowl that will also be comfortable for adults; a hilltop grove will provide prospect and shade; and dog owners will have the convenience of an accessible dog run at the park’s edge.
Steps from Michigan Avenue, the residences will have spectacular view vistas across Lake Michigan, the Chicago River and the city skyline. All of this luxury will come at a price – expect to pay $1.85 million to $15 million for one of the exclusive residences.
